Booth Space* *Sponsors at the $1,000 level are eligible for a free 10 x 10' booth space for the 3-days of the Festival, using your own tent and tables/chairs. Sponsors at the $2,500 level are eligible for up to a 10 x 20' booth for the 3-days of the Festival, using your own tent and tables/chairs. Sponsors at the $5,000, $10,000 or $25,000 levels are eligible for a free 10 x 30' booth for the 3-days of the Festival, using your own tent and tables/chairs. We kindly ask that if you sign up for booth space, you agree to attend all three days of the festival.
Hold Harmless Statement* As a condition of participation, the above named organization(s) and/or individual(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Mukilteo, and the non-profit organization known as the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association, its officers, directors, committee members, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, losses, damages, liability of every type and nature, including, but not limited to, all costs and legal expenses incurred by the Application or any other party, by reason of any activity arising under or in connection with the Applicant’s participation in the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival, Run-a-Muk or Lighthouse Festival Parade, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage arising from or out of any occurrence, omission, error, or negligence arising from any activity related to said participation. In the event that any litigation is commenced by or against the Applicant, his/her/its heirs or assigns, then the Applicant shall proceed and hold harmless the City of Mukilteo and the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival Association, its officers, directors, committee members, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and agents, and shall pay all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred or paid by the aforementioned entities in connection with such litigation.
