Please complete this form to be considered for a booth at the 2026 Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. If you are selected, a password will be emailed to you with a link to complete the actual application and pay your booth fee.

When completing the application below, please ensure that there are entries in all fields in order to ensure proper submission.

Food Vendor Jury applications are a non-refundable fee, even if the 2026 Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival is cancelled for any reason.
